Sandy Gemar - PreSCHOOL Director & LEAD TEACHER

Miss Sandy has been at St. Timothy Lutheran Preschool since 2004. Miss Sandy graduated from the University of Washington where she studied English and Elementary Education. Before coming to St. Timothy's. Miss Sandy taught for six years and worked in administration for four years. Miss Sandy teaches the T/Th preschool classes and the MWF preK class in 2008-09.  In the afternoon, Sandy is available in the church office where she completes  her administrative duties. Miss sandy has two daughters, Alexis (age 8) and Mollie (age 6). Alexis and Mollie attend Zion Lutheran School in Snohomish. In Miss Sandy's spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, working in the yard, reading, scrapbooking and snow skiing. 

Jean Volkmann

Miss Jean works in the church and preschool office as Sandy's assistant while Sandy teaches preschool in the morning hours. Miss Jean answers our phones, collects fees and permission slips, distributes our handouts and organizes our Scholastic Book program.  Miss Jean has two children, Jennifer  (age 6) and Patrick (age 4). Jennifer attends school at Beverly Elementary School, Patrick is enrolled in St. Timothy Lutheran Preschool.

TINA JARMAN-Assistant Teacher

Miss Tina has taught at St. Timothy's since 2007. Before working at St. Timothy's, Miss Tina worked for nine years as a nanny to preschool aged children.  Miss Tina worked with Miss Carolina in our Mother's Morning Out program.  Miss Tina's daughter, Angelia attends St. Timothy Preschool.  In Miss Tina' spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends , watching movies, playing games , camping and hiking.

Becky Neuert - Lead teacher

Becky will be teaching our 5-day-week pre-kindergarten class and leading our Lunch Bunch.

Teresa Wessels - Teacher

Miss Teresa has taught at St. Timothy Lutheran Preschool since 2006. Miss Teresa attended Clark College. before coming to St. Timothy's Miss Teresa worked at Mt. Zion Lutheran Preschool.  Currently, Miss Teresa teaches the MWF preschool class in 2008-09.  Miss Teresa has four children.  Heather (age 15), Sabrina  (age 9), Amanda (age 7), and Zack (age 4).  Zack attends school at St. Timothy Preschool.  Amanda and Sabrina attend Mukilteo elementary.  Heather attends Kamiak High School. In Miss Teresa's spare time she leads a girl scout troup. Miss Teresa also enjoys painting, ceramics and photography

Carolina Keenan  -  Teacher

Miss Carolina has taught at St. Timothy Lutheran Preschool since 2006.  Miss Carolina graduated from Educares University in Santiago, Chile where she studied Elementary Education and Special Education.  Before coming to St Timothy's,  Miss Carolina had 14 ears of teaching experience both in Chile and in the United States.  Miss Carolina teaches our Mother's Morning Out class and assists with the MWF preschool class in 2008-09. Miss Carolina's son Cristobal attends St Timothy Lutheran Preschool.  Miss Caroling enjoys traveling , reading, cooking and taking care of her home and family.
