Natural Church Development
As a first step in the process, the NCD survey was taken and the results reported at a Voter's meeting in April. The initial focus of this program will be on the Passionate Spirituality quality at St Timothy. An implementation team has been formed and will begin the improvement process.

In
June of 2008 St Timothy launched a new program designed to
improve the worship experience of all it's members. This new
program called Natural Church Development (NCD) is a program
that is broad based exposure to many Christian churches
throughout the word.
